Alert 9520500 Review: Shop-Vac 9520500 5-Gallon 4.5-Horsepower Bull Dog Wet/Dry Hang-Up Vacuum. I'm really impressed with this little Shop-Vac. I was all set to pull the trigger on the Hoover GUV until I read one review that talked about how the Hoover was Chinese made and the motor was rather cheap. That review recommended this Shop Vac because it's American made, cheaper, better quality and is wet/dry capable.
